I love dramatic eye makeup. They say that your eyes are the window to your soul so why not dress that window up?
Lucky me recently got to view the new 17 collection which goes on sale in Boots in September – and bagged myself the 17 Starry Eyes Glitter Eyeliner. A deep black shade with silver glitter particles sounds naff but it’s actually not. The glitter turns the block black into more of a graphite shine. It applies thickly and lasts all night without fading or smudging.

You can either apply the liner in a thick line above your lashes for a rock chick party look or if you prefer apply a blob of liquid near the outer corner of your eye – and dab! This creates a dusting of colour and sparkle around your eyes for something a little more subtle.
The only downside to this product is that I did find the brush a little hard to keep steady when applying the liner and it applies in quite a thick line so you really need to have accurate drawing skills. However I would still recommend this product as the perfect party treat. 
The Boots 17 Starry Eyes liquid eyeliners also come in gold, silver and a deep mauve. I will definitely be treating myself for some more ready for the Christmas Party season.
