Kure Bazaar is a french nail polish brand, recently launched in the UK. It’s aiming to be the next generation of nail polish by combining vibrant colours of fashion with the ethics of a natural formula. And it’s going in the right direction – formulated with no formaldehyde, toluene, dibutyl phthalate or synthetic camphor – Kure Bazaar was recently awarded the ‘Best New Make Up’ at the ELLE International Beauty Awards 2013.
Available in the UK at Selfridges, the range was created by Brazilian supermodel Kartika Luyet who was inspired by the catwalk to create a vibrant colourful range.
I’ve got 3 samples of Kure Bazaar’s range to show you. First up I’ve got Cappuccino – a delicious neutral beige shade with a great shine. The polish goes on easily and dries quickly as it’s quite thin. I needed 3 coats of this shade for good coverage. I love this shade – I like to alternate having bright colours with a more neutral shade every now and then and this once definitely hits the mark for a slick neat neutral manicure.
Next up is Hipster, a dusty blue shade from Kure Bazaar’s denim range. Again this shade goes on really well and even with 2 coats pictured here gives great coverage. I really like this blue shade, it’s not too bright and has moody grey tones to give a sleek finish.
Finally we’ve got Rouge Flore, a fab pillar box red. This classic warm red shade gives great coverage with just 2 coats, glides on easily and dries really quickly.
Kure Bazaar is available in store or online at Selfridges for £14.95.
