Today I’ve got two nail polishes to show you from Miki, which has become my latest nail polish obsession! They’re such good value – you can get 2 polishes for just $5 at pharmacies and they have a huuuuge range of colours (which I am not so slowly buying up!)

Miki Red nail polish

Miki Red nail polish

First up is Miki red nail polish (one complaint Miki polishes don’t have names!) I saw a pic of Kate Hudson at the beach with lovely red toenails so decided to follow suite by painting mine with my favourite Revlon All Fired Up nail polish, when I realised to my horror, it is one of my polishes that is still sitting in a box at my in-laws in London waiting to be sent over…

So I popped into the local pharmacy to see what I could find and saw that Miki do this lovely bright tomato red nail polish – perfect! I have just 2 coats of polish on in the pic above and you can see the lovely opaque, totally streak-free finish. Fabulous! I love this bright red nail polish!

One of the other Miki polishes I bought at the same time (I bought 4 so will be sure to show you the others soon!) is this shimmery mint apple green nail polish – it’s hard to describe the colour! In real-life the colour is a little bit more yellowy green than in the pic and a bit brighter. The formulation of this polish is again lovely – I had to use 3 coats to get the level of opacity I like, but I don’t mind that… the colour just really doesn’t do anything for me! I never really like green nail polishes, but always buy more in the hope that I’ll find one I like! Unfortunately this Miki polish isn’t the one!

You can buy Miki nail polish for $2.99 each or $5 for 2 at pharmacies everywhere – I haven’t seen these for sale online, so if anyone knows where  you can buy them online, please let me know!

Here are my other Miki mini nail polish colours that I’ve swatched so far!
