Last week, I wrote about the party to celebrate the Models Own and WAH nails new nail art pens, where AndyLou and myself got our nails done by the amazing girls at WAH…

Well today the Models Own and WAH nails nail art pens go on sale on the Model Own website today, so over the weekend I attempted a Leopard print manicure using one of the new nail art pens.

The nail art pens are double ended, one end with a brush and the other end a pin applicator, the consistency of the polish in the nail art pen was good, not as thick as some that I have used, which means you can achieve a really thin line.

I used Revlon Red nail polish as the base for my leopard manicure, then Models Own Scarlett Sparkle nail polish (one of the Models Own Glitter nail polishes I own) for the spots, lined with the new Models Own and WAH nails nail art pen in black. In the pic, the contrast between the Revlon Red base and the Models Own Scarlett Sparkle is quite difficult to see, in real life the spots really sparkle!

The pens are available in black and white at first, but Models Own are going to bring out more colours…

The pens cost £6 each and are available to buy online from Models Own from the 15th of November, so if you fancy giving a little bit of nail a go (and you should! so much fun!) these lovely pens are a really good place to start!
