Nars Limited Edition Vintage Nail Polish Collection

I know that the Christmas season is nearly here as ‘limited edition’ make up sets are popping up in stores all across the country – and Nars have pulled out a cracker!

From October 1st Nars will be launching the Nars Vintage Nail Polish Collection exclusively to Selfridges stores! Any excuse to pop into that store is fine by me.

The range consists of five shades in their signature long lasting gloss finish. This is a high end fashion range which fits perfectly with the shift to autumn winter seasons. With rich and earthy greens and browns to striking party style blues and silver, all of which are named after classic cinema titles.

These are the colours in the Nars Vintage Collection :

Mash
Army green infused with gold
The comedy about the staff of a Korean War field hospital using humor to keep their sanity in the face of war. The film inspired the TV series M*A*S*H.

King Kong
Copper brown infused with gold
A classic movie about the infamous giant ape who becomes smitten with beauty

Midnight Express
Deep navy
The 1970s film for an inmate’s opportunity to escape from prison

Zulu
Forest green
A British war movie starring Stanley Baker and Michael Caine, directed by Cy Endfield in 1964

Full Metal Jacket
Gunmetal grey
An epic Vietnam War movie directed by Stanley Kubrick in 1987
Each nail polish in the Nars Vintage collection is priced at £13.

  3. You know that’s dangerous! Last trip I left with 4 OPI, 1 Chanel and Lancome foundation!

  4. I’m going to Selfridges anyway on Saturday so it would be rude not to check these out…

  5. He he – if you get any Helen, let us know! (I work far too close to Selfridges – v. v. dangerous!)
