New Models Own nail polish

Woo hoo! During a particularly slow Friday afternoon at work (Friday is stats day for me – boo!) I ordered some nail polish from the Models Own website for the first time and they arrived today…

Models Own nail polish with free Models Own Kohl eyeliner

I ended up buying 3 Models Own nail polishes, because when you buy 3 nail polishes you get £3 off, which works out at a bargain £12 for 3 nail polishes! Lovely bright, glossy nail polishes for £4 a bottle? Yes please!

Models Own Fuzzy Peach nail polish

Models Own have loads of colours to choose from, so picking just 3 was difficult!

They also do a deal where if you buy 5 nail polishes you get £7 off – I decided to hold myself back seeing as my nail polish collection now numbers 158 nail polishes!

Then to top it all off if it’s the first time you’ve ordered from Models Own, you get a free Models Own black kohl eyeliner and free postage… phew I’m exhausted with this multitude of bargains!

The 3 nail polishes I chose were

Models Own Top Turqoise nail polish

Models Own Pink Punch nail polish

Models Own Fuzzy Peach nail polish

Models Own Fuzzy Peach nail polish is a cute peachy orange nail polish, the pic above is a really good representation of the colour. The texture of the polish is quite good but I did use 3 coats to get the finish I wanted… probably just because I am a wee bit obsessive about having perfectly opaque nail polish!

Models Own Pink Punch is a fabulously bright pink nail polish – lovely! I haven’t been able to get a good picture of it though – I think I’ll need to wait for a sunny day and try again (could be waiting a while…!), but take my word for it, it’s a gorgeous nail polish!

The last nail polish I bought was Models Own Top Tuquoise nail polish – a lovely turquoise blue nail polish with green tones. Top Turquoise is looovely – the colour is very pretty, but not quite as bright as I was expecting.

Models Own Top Turqoise nail polish

Models Own Top Turquoise nail polish

The texture of Models Own Top Turquoise nail polish is fabulous! I used two coats of polish and got a perfectly even, perfectly opaque finish. This polish doesn’t have a really high gloss finish which is quite nice for a change as well.

Models Own has 80 different nail polish colours to choose from so it is very easy to take advantage of the £3 off when you buy 3 polishes or £7 off when you buy 5 nail polishes… if you want a sneaky peek at all of the colours here is a link to the Models Own nail polishes.

If you can resist from buying with such a good discount and a free kohl eyeliner and free postage you’re much stronger than me!

I’ll let you know how I get on with the free kohl eyeliner and also show you as soon as I take a picture that does justice to the true colour of Models Own Pink Punch nail polish
